What is a META-Medicine® Therapy Plan and why might you need one?

After your META-Medicine® Consultation there are often so many questions, that you, and your carer, may need answering. Your coach can put together all this information for you, and included in your special plan are explanations as to what is happening inside your body, why your personality changes sometimes, what triggers off the disease process; if it is a chronic issue. What therapeutic interventions are going to assist you to get well and naturally recommended therapy practitioners.

These plans are comprehensive and take a long time to prepare, they certainly are not recommended for each person having a consultation but they are invaluable for issues that are chronic or life threatening.

META-Medicine® Therapy Plans are designed for you by your META-Medicine® Health Coach. Before you agree to a META-Medicine® Health Consultation your META-Medicine® Health coach will discuss with you whether you should have a Therapy Plan or not.

After a consultation and diagnosis with your META-Medicine® Health Coach, usually a simple plan is put together and the next stage of your coaching is worked out, Each area of your life that has been affected by the conflict shock is scrutinised and solutions will be recommended, working alongside you, so you gain back your power to heal yourself.

The areas covered in your Therapy Plan are:

Your Mind

We look at how you reacted psychologically to the original shock and what may be causing you to repeat our issue, we are especially interested in resolving any auditory and visual triggers that will be hindering your wellness. We will explore various means to stop those triggers including amazing fast, safe and easy ways of resolving lifelong emotional issues. In rare circumstances a brain CT is recommended to establish where the issue is within the disease cycle.

Your Body

After a conflict shock, specific organs are affected, you will probably be aware which organs are affected from your doctors diagnosis. Your META-Medicine® health coach will explain in your therapy plan how this process works and therefore why you have certain symptoms. They will also explain the likely symptoms you will go through, once certain therapies have been carried out; therefore alleviating any fear you may have as you heal.

Your Environment

We now know the importance that the environment plays on making diseases occur, stopping certain environmental factors is vital, these can be as simple as a change in diet; to more drastic measures such as quitting a stressful job that could be literally killing us. Your META-Medicine® Health coach will outline in your therapy plan why this is the case and the recommended plan of action.

Your Social Interactions

How we act and behave with others is very important, many diseases are caused by social interactions that have gone wrong or where communication has broken down. Understanding how debilitating and addictive certain relationships are, is imperative in you resolving any disease. Your META-Medicine® Health Coach will outline what action you will need to take in order to resolve these challenging relationships.

Your Spirit

In many diseases your spirit can be seriously affected. This usually occurs right after the unique shocks that caused it to occur or following a medical diagnosis. During this time our will to carry on can be dampened and sometimes literally killed. Finding a way to reconnect with your spirit and therefore ultimately who we are is one of the most important aspects of you healing. Your META-Medicine Health Coach will discuss this challenging yet vitally important area. Many people say this area is missing from practically all therapeutic interventions but we have found it is one of the most important areas to heal that makes the biggest difference to you.

What is covered in your META-Medicine Therapy Plan: -

• An explanation of META-Medicine®, with a comparison against traditional medicine - this is useful to explain briefly what META-Medicine is any carers and also other important people that are involved in your healing.  
• A traditional Medical Diagnosis of your problem - this is so you know why the medical profession has not been successful in healing you of your issue.   
• How your disease works, the process that it goes through and why it re-occurs or has not disappeared.   
• A complete META-Medicine® explanation of the disease process   
• Brain maps with the targeted area where the relay that switched on the organ that is affected. - This is useful so you know why you may get certain headaches and or migraines in certain places during your healing, and it will allow you to complete the process without any fear.  
• Where you are in the disease process.   
• The therapeutic interventions based on the 5 areas of your life, your mind, body, environment, social interaction and spirit - here your coach will outline what necessary work you need to do to complete your healing process.   
• What not to do and why and what will be the consequences of certain interventions.   

Your META-Medicine® Therapy Plan will be a truly integrative approach to your healing, it will work alongside all alternative and complementary therapies including conventional medicine.

Please note: Your META-Medicine® Health Coach will work alongside your Medical doctor. Most coaches are not trained in pharmaceutical interventions and therefore cannot recommend changes to any drug regime you are on. They will always either refer you back to your medical doctor if you wish to review your present treatment or onto a qualified medical specialist who can advise you of any changes you may wish to make.

A consultation can be done face to face, over the phone or via skype with a webcam.
